Intelligent Switchgear Panel Equipped
Intelligent Switchgear Panel Equipped with Fire Prediction and Suppression Functions
System Configuration The switchgear system is equipped with a multi-spectrum flame detection unit (SDC-A-2000) and a multigas detection unit (SDC-G-2000), which collect environmental data to calculate fire prediction indicators. A safety diagnostic controller (SLAVE: SDC-G-2000) processes this data; when the fire index exceeds a defined threshold, the system determines that a fire has occurred and activates the suppression device to extinguish it. Fire index data is transmitted via RF wireless or wired RS485 communication to the safety diagnostic sensor (MASTER: SDC-M-2000), where the information is displayed on the HMI screen in real time.
System Features - Disaster safety distribution panel equipped with fire prediction and Suppression functions based on analysis algorithms
- Accurately determining the outbreak of fire by eliminating the malfunctioning elements of the sensor
- Phased determination such as preliminary warning, warning, and fire Suppression based on fire indicators
- Utilizing historical data records to support future analysis of fire causes
- Displaying fire-related information and predictive indicators in real-time graphs, enabling efficient monitoring and control
- Embedded auto-tuning function adapting to external environmental changes and seasonal variations
